Ingredients

  • 1 cup Peanut Butter
  • 0.333 cup Honey
  • 1.5 cups Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats
  • 0.5 cup Chocolate Chips

Directions

Step 1

Line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper to prevent sticking.

In a medium-sized saucepan over low heat, combine the peanut butter and honey. Stir constantly until the mixture is smooth and well blended, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat.

Add the rolled oats to the saucepan and mix thoroughly until all the oats are evenly coated with the peanut butter and honey mixture.
