Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 250°C (480°F), or the highest safe temperature for your oven, and place a baking sheet or pizza stone inside to heat up.

Lightly flour your work surface and roll out the pizza dough to your desired thickness, approximately 8-10 inches in diameter. For a crispier crust, roll thinner.
