  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated (for dressing)
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 0.5 teaspoon Dried Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 teaspoon Dried parsley
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Wash and dry the romaine and iceberg lettuce thoroughly. Tear them into bite-sized pieces and place in a large salad bowl.
