  • 4 burger buns
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 1 large tomato, sliced
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise (optional)
  • 4 cheese slices (optional)

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, minced garlic, diced onion, dried oregano, paprika, ground black pepper, salt, and chopped parsley.

Add the egg and breadcrumbs to the mixture, and mix thoroughly with your hands or a large spoon until all the ingredients are well incorporated.
