  • 4 cups Okinawan spinach (Handama) leaves

  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Wash and pat dry the Okinawan spinach (Handama) leaves. Tear larger leaves into bite-sized pieces if necessary and place them in a large salad bowl.
