  • 500 milliliters Oil for frying (such as sunflower or canola)
  • 30 grams Powdered sugar (for garnish)
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Peel, core, and slice the apples into 1 cm thick rings. Sprinkle the apple slices with lemon juice to prevent browning and set them aside.
