  • 1 cup Brown sugar, packed
  • 0.5 cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Dark chocolate chips (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two large baking sheets with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the rolled oats, all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar using an electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
