  • 75 grams raisins

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, cream together the unsalted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy using a handheld or stand mixer.
