Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Beef steak
  • 2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 3 cloves Garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 3 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 4 medium-sized Potatoes
  • 1 cup Green peas (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup Sweet corn (fresh, canned, or frozen)
  • 1 cup Leafy greens (spinach, kale, or collard greens)
  • 2 tablespoons Butter

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your grill or stovetop griddle over medium-high heat.

Step 2

In a small bowl, mince the garlic cloves and mix with the grated ginger, salt, black pepper, and 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Rub this mixture generously over the beef steak pieces and let them marinate for 15-20 minutes.

While the steak marinates, peel and chop the potatoes into chunks. In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the potatoes until soft, about 15 minutes.

In a separate smaller pot, boil the green peas and corn together until tender, about 5-7 minutes. Drain and set aside.
