Ingredients

  • 2 cups Rolled oats
  • 0.5 cup Almonds (chopped)
  • 0.5 cup Pecans (chopped)
  • 0.25 cup Sunflower seeds
  • 2 tablespoons Chia seeds
  • 0.25 cup Honey
  • 0.25 cup Peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, chopped almonds, chopped pecans, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, ground cinnamon, and salt. Mix well to ensure even distribution.

Step 3

In a small saucepan, combine the honey, peanut butter, and coconut oil over low heat. Stir constantly until the mixture is smooth and fully combined, about 2-3 minutes.

Step 4

Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.

Step 5

Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients in the mixing bowl. Use a wooden spoon or spatula to mix well, making sure all the dry ingredients are coated with the sticky mixture.
