  • 1 teaspoon Hemp seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 4 leaves Fresh basil leaves

Directions

Step 1

Begin by slicing the avocado in half and removing the pit. Using a spoon, scoop out the flesh into a small bowl.

Add the lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to the avocado, then mash it with a fork until it reaches your desired consistency.

Rinse the cherry tomatoes and slice them in half. Set aside.
