Ingredients

  • 1 small (about 8 oz) wheel of Brie cheese
  • 0.25 cup dried cranberries
  • 0.25 cup dried apricots, chopped
  • 0.25 cup chopped walnuts
  • 0.25 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 0.25 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 0 optional crackers or baguette slices (for serving)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Step 2

Unwrap the Brie and place it on a parchment-lined baking sheet or in an oven-safe serving dish.

Step 3

In a small bowl, combine the dried cranberries, dried apricots, chopped walnuts, and chopped pecans.
