Ingredients

  • 2 slices Bread (rustic or sourdough)
  • 2 tablespoons Nutella
  • 0.5 medium Pear
  • 1 tablespoon Unsalted butter

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a panini press or a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

Step 2

Spread 1 tablespoon of Nutella onto one side of each slice of bread.

Step 3

Thinly slice the pear into even slices, about 1/8 inch thick. Lay the pear slices evenly over the Nutella on one slice of bread.

Place the other slice of bread, Nutella side down, on top of the pears to create a sandwich.

Spread the butter evenly on the outside surfaces of both slices of bread.

Place the sandwich on the panini press or skillet. If using a skillet, press down gently using a spatula or weigh the sandwich down with a heavy pan.
