  • 600 grams Boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 400 ml Coconut milk

  • 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice
  • 2 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon Red chili flakes
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 10 Bamboo skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and transfer them to a large bowl.

Step 2

In a separate bowl, whisk together coconut milk, sunflower seed butter, soy sauce, brown sugar, lime juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, turmeric, coriander, cumin, red chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
