Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 12 skewers bamboo skewers

Directions

Step 1

Soak bamboo skewers in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.

Thinly slice the beef sirloin into strips, approximately 1 cm wide.
