Ingredients

  • 200 grams rice noodles
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

  • 100 grams sugar snap peas
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 piece lime
  • 2 pieces green onions
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Directions

Step 1

Start by preparing the rice noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

While the noodles are cooking, mince the garlic and grate the ginger. Set aside.

Slice the red bell pepper into thin strips, peel the carrot and julienne it, and trim the ends off the sugar snap peas.
