Ingredients

  • 125 grams Unsalted butter
  • 200 grams All-purpose flour
  • 50 grams Confectioners' sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 120 grams Sunflower seed butter
  • 250 grams Cream cheese
  • 120 ml Unsweetened coconut cream
  • 100 grams Granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoons Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 teaspoons Almond extract
  • 0.25 teaspoons Turmeric
  • 2 drops Green food coloring (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, letting the edges hang over for easy removal later.

Step 2

In a mixing bowl, cream together the unsalted butter, all-purpose flour, confectioners' sugar, and salt until a dough forms. Press this dough evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to form the crust.

Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely in the pan.
