Ingredients

  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup crushed peppermint candies
  • 3 cups rice cereal
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt

Directions

Step 1

Line a 9x13 inch baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.

Step 2

In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine sweetened condensed milk and unsalted butter. Stir occasionally until the butter is completely melted and the mixture is smooth.

Reduce heat to low and add cocoa powder, stirring constantly until well incorporated.

Remove saucepan from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt.

In a large bowl, combine rice cereal and crushed peppermint candies.
