Ingredients

  • 1 cup Sunflower seed butter
  • 1 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 scoop Protein powder
  • 0.25 cup Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons Chia seeds
  • 0.25 cup Mini chocolate chips
  • 1 pinch Pinch of salt

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the sunflower seed butter and honey. Stir until smooth and well-blended.

Step 2

Add the vanilla extract to the mixture and mix until fully incorporated.

Step 3

In another bowl, mix together the rolled oats, protein powder, chia seeds, and a pinch of salt.

Step 4

Gradually add the dry mixture to the sunflower seed butter mixture, stirring until a dough forms.

Step 5

Fold in the mini chocolate chips until they are evenly distributed throughout the dough.

Step 6

Using your hands or a small cookie scoop, shape the dough into 1-inch balls. If the mixture is too sticky, wet your hands slightly to assist with rolling.

Step 7

Place the balls onto a tray lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to help them firm up.

Step 8

Store the protein balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
