Ingredients

  • 250 grams paneer
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 medium, sliced onion

  • 1 medium, julienned carrot
  • 1 small, finely chopped green chili
  • 3 cloves, minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon red chili flakes
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped fresh cilantro

Directions

Step 1

Cut the paneer into bite-sized cubes.

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.

Add the paneer cubes to the pan and lightly fry them until golden brown on all sides. Remove paneer from the pan and set aside.
