Ingredients

  • 250 grams Paneer
  • 2 tablespoons Ghee or Vegetable Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1 large Onion
  • 2 medium Tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 0.5 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Green Peas
  • 1 medium Bell Pepper
  • 0.5 cup Water or Milk
  • 2 tablespoons Cilantro/Coriander Leaves

Directions

Step 1

Cut the paneer into cubes.

Step 2

Finely chop the onion and tomatoes. Slice the bell pepper into thin strips.

Heat the ghee or vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add the cumin seeds and let them splutter for a few seconds.

Add the finely chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
