Ingredients

  • 0.25 cup Dried cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons Maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove Garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons Water

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, toss the drained chickpeas with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
