Ingredients

  • 1 cup Pumpkin seeds
  • 1 cup Sunflower seeds
  • 0.5 cup Shredded coconut
  • 0.5 cup Maple syrup
  • 0.25 cup Coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons Matcha powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Dried cranberries

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, shredded coconut, matcha powder, and salt. Stir until well mixed.
