  • 200 grams Grilled chicken breast
  • 4 whole Romaine lettuce leaves
  • 8 whole Cherry tomatoes
  • 0.5 whole Cucumber
  • 8 whole Fresh basil leaves
  • 100 grams Feta cheese

Directions

Step 1

In a medium bowl, mix the eggs, cream cheese, salt, and black pepper until smooth.

Step 2

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.

Step 3

Pour a small amount of the egg mixture into the pan to form a thin layer. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the edges start to set, then gently flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Repeat with the remaining mixture to make four wraps.
