  • 3 cups Rolled oats
  • 1 cup Unsweetened shredded coconut

  • 0.5 cup Sunflower seeds
  • 0.25 cup Chia seeds
  • 0.25 cup Sesame seeds
  • 0.5 cup Honey
  • 0.25 cup Coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, shredded coconut, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, sesame seeds, ground cinnamon, and salt.
