Ingredients

  • 2 medium aubergines (eggplants)
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil

  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat.

Slice the aubergines into 1/2-inch thick rounds and brush both sides with 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
