  • 0.25 cup Coconut oil, melted
  • 0.25 cup Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, shredded coconut, chia seeds, flaxseeds, and dried cranberries. Stir until evenly mixed.
