Ingredients

  • 1 cup Unsalted butter
  • 1.5 cups Granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup Packed light brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
  • 4 Large eggs
  • 1 cup Gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 0.75 cup Cocoa powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 cup Gluten-free chocolate chips

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan with non-stick spray or line it with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Once melted, remove from heat and stir in the granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Step 3

Add the eggs one at a time to the butter and sugar mixture, stirring well after each addition until the mixture is smooth and glossy.

Step 4

In a separate bowl, sift together the gluten-free all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.

Step 5

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined. Do not overmix.

Step 6

Fold in the gluten-free chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the batter.

Step 7

Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it out evenly with a spatula.

Step 8

Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with just a few moist crumbs.

Step 9

Allow the brownies to cool in the pan on a wire rack before cutting into squares and serving.
