  • 0.5 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 0.25 cup Water

Directions

Step 1

Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes, about 1 inch in size.

Step 2

Rinse the cubed potatoes under cold water to remove excess starch, then pat them dry with a kitchen towel.

Step 3

Heat the vegetable oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.

Step 4

Once the oil is hot, add the mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Allow them to sizzle and crackle for about 30 seconds.
