  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 0.5 cup shredded lettuce
  • 4 slices sliced deli turkey
  • 4 slices sliced cheese of choice
  • 0.5 cup sliced tomato

Directions

Step 1

In a medium mixing bowl, combine coconut flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, sea salt, and xanthan gum. Stir well until all dry ingredients are thoroughly mixed.

Slowly add water to the dry mixture, stirring continuously to form a smooth, lump-free batter.

Add the beaten egg and olive oil into the batter and whisk until fully incorporated. The batter should have a pourable consistency.
