Ingredients

  • 3 cups puffed rice cereal
  • 1 cup sunflower seed butter
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.25 teaspoon sea salt
  • 0.5 cup dried cranberries
  • 0.5 cup mini chocolate chips

Directions

Step 1

Line a 9x13 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides for easy removal.

Step 2

In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine the sunflower seed butter and honey. Stir continuously until the mixture is smooth and well-blended, about 3 to 4 minutes.

Step 3

Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in vanilla extract and sea salt until well incorporated.

Step 4

In a large mixing bowl, combine the puffed rice cereal, dried cranberries, and mini chocolate chips.

Step 5

Pour the warm sunflower seed butter and honey mixture over the cereal mixture. Using a spatula, gently fold the ingredients together until the cereal is evenly coated.

Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking pan. Using slightly dampened hands or a spatula, press the mixture firmly and evenly into the pan.
