Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Fresh basil leaves
  • 0.5 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 pieces Garlic cloves
  • 0.5 cup Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 4 pieces Ciabatta rolls
  • 1 large Tomato
  • 4 pieces Lettuce leaves
  • 4 pieces Mozzarella cheese slices

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a grill pan or outdoor grill over medium heat.

Step 2

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.

Step 3

Grill the chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and no longer pink inside. Internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C). Remove from the grill and let cool slightly before slicing into strips.
