  • 200 grams bamboo shoots
  • 15 pieces Thai basil leaves
  • 1 medium lime
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon pepper

Directions

Step 1

Begin by slicing the chicken breast into thin strips.

Heat the coconut oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Finely slice the shallots, mince the garlic, and grate the ginger. Add them to the pan and sauté until fragrant.
