  • 3 tablespoons Tamarind chutney
  • 2 tablespoons Green chutney (coriander and mint)
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Chaat masala
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves, chopped
  • 8 pieces Crispy papdis, broken into small pieces

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the puffed rice, sev, boiled potatoes, onion, tomato, cucumber, and green chili.

Add the tamarind chutney and green chutney to the mixture, and mix well to ensure everything is coated with the chutneys.
