  • 1 can water chestnuts, diced
  • 1 head Boston or Bibb lettuce leaves
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the ground chicken to the skillet and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Break up any large chunks with a wooden spoon as it cooks.
