Ingredients

  • 4 medium-sized Potatoes
  • 500 ml Vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons Chaat masala

  • 0.5 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 4 tablespoons Tamarind chutney
  • 4 tablespoons Green chutney
  • 1 cup Plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves
  • 0.5 cup Pomegranate seeds
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes, about 1 inch in size.

Heat the vegetable oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.

Once the oil is hot, carefully add the potato cubes in batches and fry them until they are golden brown and crisp. This should take about 7-10 minutes per batch.
