Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats and boiling water. Stir to mix, then let it sit for 10-15 minutes until the oats soften and the mixture cools slightly.

Once the mixture has cooled to lukewarm, stir in the brown sugar, molasses, butter, and salt until well combined.
