  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 4 cloves garlic cloves (roasted and mashed)
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.

Heat a large skillet on medium-high heat and add the tablespoon of olive oil. Once hot, add the fresh spinach and cook, stirring frequently, until wilted (about 2-3 minutes). Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Squeeze out any excess moisture from the spinach and set aside.
