  • 20 pieces Jumbo pasta shells
  • 16 ounces Ricotta cheese

  • 0.5 cup Fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 large Egg
  • 4 cups Marinara sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Cook the jumbo pasta shells in a large pot of salted boiling water until just al dente according to package instructions. Drain, rinse with cold water, and set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, crumbled feta, 1 cup of mozzarella, 0.5 cup of Parmesan, chopped sun-dried tomatoes, fresh basil, minced garlic, egg, salt, and pepper. Stir until well blended.
