  • 4 slices Sourdough bread

  • 0.5 teaspoon Fresh thyme leaves (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-low heat. Add the sliced onion and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 10-12 minutes or until caramelized and golden brown. Remove from heat and set aside.

Step 2

In a small bowl, mix together the shredded cheddar cheese, shredded Gruyère cheese, and softened cream cheese until well combined.
