  • 100 grams Smoked salmon

  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons, optional Capers
  • 0.5 teaspoon, for garnish Paprika

Directions

Step 1

Place the eggs in a medium saucepan and cover them with water. Bring the water to a boil over medium-high heat. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.

Remove the eggs from the hot water and transfer them to a bowl of ice water. Let the eggs cool completely, about 5 minutes.
