  • 1.5 teaspoons salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons ground black pepper
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the diced yellow onion and sauté for 4-5 minutes, until softened and translucent.
