Ingredients

  • 3 cups All-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons Granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 packet Instant yeast
  • 1 cup Warm water (around 110°F)
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 large Egg
  • 0 Nonstick cooking spray

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 1/2 cups of the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, salt, and instant yeast. Mix until evenly distributed.

Step 2

Add the warm water, melted butter, and egg to the dry ingredients. Stir until the mixture forms a soft dough.

Step 3

Gradually add the remaining 1/2 cup of flour, a little at a time, until the dough is no longer sticky and pulls away from the sides of the bowl.

Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface. Knead lightly for about 2-3 minutes, or until smooth and elastic.
