Ingredients

  • 450 grams Shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 300 grams Egg noodles
  • 4 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Oyster sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Sesame oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger (grated)
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper (sliced thinly)
  • 1 medium Carrot (julienned)
  • 150 grams Snow peas
  • 3 stalks Green onions (sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons Water
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain, rinse with cold water, and set aside.

Step 2

In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, and water to create the sauce. Stir well and set aside.

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp, season with salt and black pepper, and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque. Remove the shrimp from the wok and set aside.
