Ingredients

  • 250 grams dried noodles (spaghetti, soba, or rice noodles)

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon red chili flakes (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the noodles according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

While the noodles are cooking, peel the carrots and shred them using a box grater or a food processor with a shredding attachment.

Finely chop the fresh parsley and dill. Mince the garlic cloves.
