Ingredients

  • 500 grams Chicken thighs (boneless, skinless)

  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 6 pieces Wooden or metal skewers

Directions

Step 1

Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized cubes, approximately 1.5 inches each. Set aside in a large bowl.

In a blender or food processor, combine the cilantro, parsley, mint, garlic, green chilies, Greek yogurt, lime juice, ground cumin, ground coriander, garam masala, salt, and vegetable oil. Blend until a smooth green marinade forms.
