  • 0.5 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Directions

Step 1

Begin by preparing the chicken. Pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel. Rub them with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, then season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper on both sides.

Step 2

Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium heat. Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil to prevent sticking. Once hot, place the chicken breasts onto the pan and cook for 6-8 minutes on each side until fully cooked and juices run clear. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).
