Ingredients

  • 3 cups All-purpose flour
  • 2.25 teaspoons Instant yeast
  • 2 tablespoons Granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Warm water (110°F/45°C)
  • 0.25 cup Milk
  • 3 tablespoons Unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 large Egg

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a 12-cup muffin tin or line with cupcake liners.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, instant yeast, granulated sugar, and salt. Stir the dry ingredients well to evenly distribute the yeast and sugar.

Step 3

In a separate medium bowl, whisk together the warm water, milk, melted butter, and egg until well combined.

Step 4

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a soft, sticky dough forms. If the dough is too wet, add a tablespoon of flour at a time until it holds together but is still slightly sticky.

Step 5

Divide the dough evenly among the 12 muffin cups. Use a spoon or lightly floured hands to shape the tops if necessary.

Step 6

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center of a roll comes out clean.

Step 7

Remove the rolls from the oven and let them cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack. Serve warm.
