  • 9 pieces Lasagna noodles (no-boil)
  • 1 pound Shrimp (peeled, deveined, and chopped)
  • 1 pound Crab meat
  • 6 tablespoons Butter
  • 0.25 cup All-purpose flour
  • 4 cups Milk
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1.5 cups Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 2 cups Ricotta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley (chopped)
  • 2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Whisk in the flour and cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.

Gradually pour in the milk and heavy cream, whisking continuously. Simmer until the sauce thickens, about 5 minutes.

Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes. Then remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.

Let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with additional parsley if desired.
