  • 120 ml Pasta cooking water
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley (chopped, optional for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions, stirring occasionally, until al dente.

Step 2

While the pasta is cooking, prepare the butter and parmesan mixture: place the unsalted butter, grated parmesan cheese, and olive oil into a large serving bowl. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Before draining the pasta, reserve 120 ml of the pasta cooking water.
